So this morning I got the fine privilege of driving 2 of my roommates to breakfast. As I walked in.. The line was huge. Though it was worth it. It was delicious. So in the morning session we got the chance to collaborate our countries problems. I’ve exposed our economy and politics. (The Slovenes will understand) and the Palestinian that was with me discussing this problem exposed Education and security.
The Israeli-Palestinian conflict. I don’t understand it well so I wont judge. He exposed how the kids from Palestine who want or have education in Israel  have to go through check points for weaponry (which takes for hours every day) and the Israeli would discus things behind a thick glass in Hebrew. (which they don’t understand)
But as we speak he is discussing this conflict with other delegates.. It’s almost midnight by the way. But the Bible says that war will rage on those lands long into the future. And my friend from there said the first night.: ”sorry… I’ll get some sleep because i came from war”…. and just today he received sad news from his home.

After that we were discussing certain problems. I was in economy 3. We’ve reached some incredible solutions but how to give those solutions a working body and how to execute these decisions was our biggest concern.. Who is going to do it? Why not coming up with these before the youth forum and coming up with an executive plan during the forum?

After that a quick representation of the youth advisers. I can’t tell you who I liked but there was some good ones. 🙂

We raced to lunch. Again. A huge line.. But again worth it. :)The staff there were quite happy when they found a Slovene. They would tell me all the funny stories from talking to other delegates. Also they asked If it would be a good idea to make two self services and I replied with a yes.. the lines were insane.. And everybody cheered in the afternoon gathering for that decision that nobody knew I had something to do with. It felt great. 🙂

So after lunch we had our projects presentation. I had to improvise for the first 20 minutes because my poster still hasn’t arrived.. and I still got 2 votes! It was about our ice storm in the beginning of this year. We also discussed on how to do the propositions. Right away we went to dinner where I’d spend sometime with the Canadians 😀 Fun group :)And of course Ireland that has one of my favorite accents.
Well right after that we went to the big tent on a SLOVENE NIGHT. Now when I got in there we did ”We will rock you” by stomping our feet, a Mexican wave – full scale and of course the clap (Vičo čist je deloval svaka čast 😀 pač še od zleta se je spomnem in povsot vžge) . After that we had an amazing Slovene cultural dancing. The delegates were enjoying them selves themselves to the fullest. I personally had an amazing time. Me and Nina shoved of our Slovene dance skills and basically were a part of the joy that took part in this evening. Feeling Slovene yet?

Just a final story… I hope the staff members enjoyed the short road trip to the cottages 🙂
