So I decided to blog in english since someone from the delegates complained 😀

Anyways this morning I woke up, took a shower and went to breakfast in the company of 3 girls from Spain. I parked the car and went to breakfast. Now I really saw the greatness of this event… I had to wait 10 minutes to get to any food. No joke.
After breakfast we raced to the main room where the forum took place. With some short instructions and international team set up, we’ve were taken to the forests where our first work shops took place.. It was awesome. My group is fun and just so happens Daiana from Argentina is a candidate for the Youth advisor to the world scout committee. When I look at her I see life 😀 she has way too much joy stored in her heart 🙂
After the workshops (which were based  on getting to know each other) we had lunch in the woods.. In the middle of the rain 😀 After that we learned a few basic word from other languages in our group … well they did.. haha  we went on a tower with a sick view!

At around 14:00 we came back and I decided to go to the pool. Nobody was there. So it was awesome 😀
Then we had the continental problems, successes and their needs. Now when I said I was expecting a cultural shock.. But when I listened to Grace from Kenya about war… I felt sadness, and anger.. How can this be happening on our planet. When I got a view from someone that is from that place…. Grace from – Kenya, good luck and I will pray for those countries. A strong woman really fighting for peace.

After that we had dinner. and at 19:45 we started the welcome ceremony. Right before it started I asked for some gum. A Swedish girl gives me a small bag of their original gum. De-lish.
Ahmad Alhendawi had an inspirational speech which really inspired all of us. Before the speech he had the honour of lighting the torch and I had the great privilege to take that torch and light the fire.
After some time through the ceremony I went to the fire. Now I know how photo shooting looks like…..
